Popup Maker Zoho Flow Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Popup Maker

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in Popup Maker.

Connect Your Popup Maker

Select the Popup Maker source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add Zoho Flow as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Zoho Flow

Select an Action Event:

• Make A Request When “Form Submission” occurs in Popup Maker, use the submitted data to run “Make A Request” in Zoho Flow.

Description:

This action sends data from Popup Maker to Zoho Flow and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Popup Maker Data with Zoho Flow Inputs

Map the available data from Popup Maker to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Zoho Flow action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Zoho Flow actions:

• Confirm that Make A Request completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zoho Flow.

Then activate your workflow.
