Popup Maker Google Meet Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Popup Maker

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in Popup Maker.

Connect Your Popup Maker

Select the Popup Maker source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Google Meet as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Meet

Select an Action Event:

• Create Meeting When “Form Submission” occurs in Popup Maker, use the submitted data to run “Create Meeting” in Google Meet.

Description:

This action sends data from Popup Maker to Google Meet and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Popup Maker Data with Google Meet Inputs

Map the available data from Popup Maker to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Meet action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Google Meet actions:

• Confirm that Create Meeting completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Meet.

Then activate your workflow.
