Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Pointics

Trigger Event

Points Earned

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Points Earned event occurs in Pointics.

Connect Your Pointics

Select the Pointics source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add WC Affiliate as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WC Affiliate

Select an Action Event:

• Create affiliate When “Points Earned” occurs in Pointics, use the submitted data to run “Create affiliate” in WC Affiliate.
• Update affiliate status When “Points Earned” occurs in Pointics, use the submitted data to run “Update affiliate status” in WC Affiliate.
• Create referral When “Points Earned” occurs in Pointics, use the submitted data to run “Create referral” in WC Affiliate.

Description:

This action sends data from Pointics to WC Affiliate and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Pointics Data with WC Affiliate Inputs

Map the available data from Pointics to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WC Affiliate action.

Test and Activate Workflow
