Pipedrive OpenAI Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Pipedrive

Trigger Event

Activity Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Activity Created event occurs in Pipedrive.

Connect Your Pipedrive

Select the Pipedrive source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add OpenAI as an Action

Click:

Add Action → OpenAI

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Chat Completion When “Activity Created” occurs in Pipedrive, use the submitted data to run “Create a Chat Completion” in OpenAI.
• Transform Text to Structured Data When “Activity Created” occurs in Pipedrive, use the submitted data to run “Transform Text to Structured Data” in OpenAI.
• List Batches When “Activity Created” occurs in Pipedrive, use the submitted data to run “List Batches” in OpenAI.

Description:

This action sends data from Pipedrive to OpenAI and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Pipedrive Data with OpenAI Inputs

Map the available data from Pipedrive to the compatible inputs provided by the selected OpenAI action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Activity Created trigger and verify the selected OpenAI actions:

• Confirm that Create a Chat Completion completes successfully and processes the mapped data in OpenAI.
• Confirm that Transform Text to Structured Data completes successfully and processes the mapped data in OpenAI.
• Confirm that List Batches completes successfully and processes the mapped data in OpenAI.

Then activate your workflow.
