Paymattic Mail Mint Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Paymattic

Trigger Event

Payment Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Payment Form Submission event occurs in Paymattic.

Connect Your Paymattic

Select the Paymattic source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Mail Mint as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Mail Mint

Select an Action Event:

• Get List (All) When “Payment Form Submission” occurs in Paymattic, use the submitted data to run “Get List (All)” in Mail Mint.
• Get List (Single) When “Payment Form Submission” occurs in Paymattic, use the submitted data to run “Get List (Single)” in Mail Mint.
• Create New List When “Payment Form Submission” occurs in Paymattic, use the submitted data to run “Create New List” in Mail Mint.

Description:

This action sends data from Paymattic to Mail Mint and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Paymattic Data with Mail Mint Inputs

Map the available data from Paymattic to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Mail Mint action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Payment Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Mail Mint actions:

• Confirm that Get List (All) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Mail Mint.
• Confirm that Get List (Single) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Mail Mint.
• Confirm that Create New List completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Mail Mint.
