Paymattic Brevo Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Paymattic

Trigger Event

Payment Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Payment Form Submission event occurs in Paymattic.

Connect Your Paymattic

Select the Paymattic source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Brevo as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Brevo

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “Payment Form Submission” occurs in Paymattic, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in Brevo.
• Add Contacts To list When “Payment Form Submission” occurs in Paymattic, use the submitted data to run “Add Contacts To list” in Brevo.
• Delete a Contact When “Payment Form Submission” occurs in Paymattic, use the submitted data to run “Delete a Contact” in Brevo.

Description:

This action sends data from Paymattic to Brevo and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Paymattic Data with Brevo Inputs

Map the available data from Paymattic to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Brevo action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Payment Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Brevo actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Brevo.
• Confirm that Add Contacts To list completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Brevo.
• Confirm that Delete a Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Brevo.

Then activate your workflow.
