Paperform Microsoft Excel Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Paperform

Trigger Event

On Form Submit

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submit event occurs in Paperform.

Connect Your Paperform

Select the Paperform source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Microsoft Excel as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Microsoft Excel

Select an Action Event:

• Create Table When “On Form Submit” occurs in Paperform, use the submitted data to run “Create Table” in Microsoft Excel.
• Delete Table When “On Form Submit” occurs in Paperform, use the submitted data to run “Delete Table” in Microsoft Excel.
• Get All Worksheets When “On Form Submit” occurs in Paperform, use the submitted data to run “Get All Worksheets” in Microsoft Excel.

Description:

This action sends data from Paperform to Microsoft Excel and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Paperform Data with Microsoft Excel Inputs

Map the available data from Paperform to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Microsoft Excel action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submit trigger and verify the selected Microsoft Excel actions:

• Confirm that Create Table completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Microsoft Excel.
• Confirm that Delete Table completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Microsoft Excel.
• Confirm that Get All Worksheets completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Microsoft Excel.

Then activate your workflow.
