Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

OptinMonster Forms

Trigger Event

a supported trigger event

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the a supported trigger event event occurs in OptinMonster Forms.

Connect Your OptinMonster Forms

Select the OptinMonster Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add MailRefine as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MailRefine

Select an Action Event:

• Verify Single Email When “a supported trigger event” occurs in OptinMonster Forms, use the submitted data to run “Verify Single Email” in MailRefine.

Description:

This action sends data from OptinMonster Forms to MailRefine and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map OptinMonster Forms Data with MailRefine Inputs

Map the available data from OptinMonster Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MailRefine action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the a supported trigger event trigger and verify the selected MailRefine actions:

• Confirm that Verify Single Email completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailRefine.

Then activate your workflow.
