Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Ninja Forms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

Map Ninja Forms Data with Zapier Inputs

Map the available data from Ninja Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Zapier action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Zapier actions:

• Confirm that Make A Request completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zapier.

Then activate your workflow.
