Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Newsletter

Trigger Event

Subscription Form Submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Subscription Form Submitted event occurs in Newsletter.

Connect Your Newsletter

Select the Newsletter source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Razorpay as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Razorpay

Select an Action Event:

• Create Customer When “Subscription Form Submitted” occurs in Newsletter, use the submitted data to run “Create Customer” in Razorpay.
• Update Customer When “Subscription Form Submitted” occurs in Newsletter, use the submitted data to run “Update Customer” in Razorpay.
• Create Item When “Subscription Form Submitted” occurs in Newsletter, use the submitted data to run “Create Item” in Razorpay.

Description:

This action sends data from Newsletter to Razorpay and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Newsletter Data with Razorpay Inputs

Map the available data from Newsletter to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Razorpay action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Subscription Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected Razorpay actions:

• Confirm that Create Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.
• Confirm that Update Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.
• Confirm that Create Item completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.

Then activate your workflow.
