Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Newsletter

Trigger Event

Subscription Form Submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Subscription Form Submitted event occurs in Newsletter.

Connect Your Newsletter

Select the Newsletter source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add JetPackCRM as an Action

Click:

Add Action → JetPackCRM

Select an Action Event:

• Create or Update Contact When “Subscription Form Submitted” occurs in Newsletter, use the submitted data to run “Create or Update Contact” in JetPackCRM.
• Get Contact (All) When “Subscription Form Submitted” occurs in Newsletter, use the submitted data to run “Get Contact (All)” in JetPackCRM.
• Get Contact (By Id) When “Subscription Form Submitted” occurs in Newsletter, use the submitted data to run “Get Contact (By Id)” in JetPackCRM.

Description:

This action sends data from Newsletter to JetPackCRM and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Newsletter Data with JetPackCRM Inputs

Map the available data from Newsletter to the compatible inputs provided by the selected JetPackCRM action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Subscription Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected JetPackCRM actions:

• Confirm that Create or Update Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in JetPackCRM.
• Confirm that Get Contact (All) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in JetPackCRM.
• Confirm that Get Contact (By Id) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in JetPackCRM.

Then activate your workflow.
