Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

New User Approve

Trigger Event

User Approved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Approved event occurs in New User Approve.

Connect Your New User Approve

Select the New User Approve source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Presto Player as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Presto Player

Select an Action Event:

• Create Media Hub When “User Approved” occurs in New User Approve, use the submitted data to run “Create Media Hub” in Presto Player.

Description:

This action sends data from New User Approve to Presto Player and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map New User Approve Data with Presto Player Inputs

Map the available data from New User Approve to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Presto Player action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Approved trigger and verify the selected Presto Player actions:

• Confirm that Create Media Hub completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Presto Player.
