MetForm Brevo Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

MetForm

Trigger Event

Form Submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submitted event occurs in MetForm.

Connect Your MetForm

Select the MetForm source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Brevo as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Brevo

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “Form Submitted” occurs in MetForm, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in Brevo.
• Add Contacts To list When “Form Submitted” occurs in MetForm, use the submitted data to run “Add Contacts To list” in Brevo.
• Delete a Contact When “Form Submitted” occurs in MetForm, use the submitted data to run “Delete a Contact” in Brevo.

Description:

This action sends data from MetForm to Brevo and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map MetForm Data with Brevo Inputs

Map the available data from MetForm to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Brevo action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected Brevo actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Brevo.
• Confirm that Add Contacts To list completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Brevo.
• Confirm that Delete a Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Brevo.

Then activate your workflow.
