MetaBox RafflePress Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

MetaBox

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in MetaBox.

Connect Your MetaBox

Select the MetaBox source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add RafflePress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → RafflePress

Select an Action Event:

• Get All Giveaways When “Form Submission” occurs in MetaBox, use the submitted data to run “Get All Giveaways” in RafflePress.
• Get Giveaway Details When “Form Submission” occurs in MetaBox, use the submitted data to run “Get Giveaway Details” in RafflePress.
• Get All Contestants in Giveaway When “Form Submission” occurs in MetaBox, use the submitted data to run “Get All Contestants in Giveaway” in RafflePress.

Description:

This action sends data from MetaBox to RafflePress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map MetaBox Data with RafflePress Inputs

Map the available data from MetaBox to the compatible inputs provided by the selected RafflePress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected RafflePress actions:

• Confirm that Get All Giveaways completes successfully and processes the mapped data in RafflePress.
• Confirm that Get Giveaway Details completes successfully and processes the mapped data in RafflePress.
• Confirm that Get All Contestants in Giveaway completes successfully and processes the mapped data in RafflePress.

Then activate your workflow.
