Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

MemberPress Course

Trigger Event

Course Completed

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Course Completed event occurs in MemberPress Course.

Connect Your MemberPress Course

Select the MemberPress Course source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add AutomatorWP as an Action

Click:

Add Action → AutomatorWP

Select an Action Event:

• Make a Request When “Course Completed” occurs in MemberPress Course, use the submitted data to run “Make a Request” in AutomatorWP.

Description:

This action sends data from MemberPress Course to AutomatorWP and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map MemberPress Course Data with AutomatorWP Inputs

Map the available data from MemberPress Course to the compatible inputs provided by the selected AutomatorWP action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Course Completed trigger and verify the selected AutomatorWP actions:

• Confirm that Make a Request completes successfully and processes the mapped data in AutomatorWP.

Then activate your workflow.
