Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

MemberPress

Trigger Event

A user purchases a one-time subscription membership

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the A user purchases a one-time subscription membership event occurs in MemberPress.

Connect Your MemberPress

Select the MemberPress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Privyr as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Privyr

Select an Action Event:

• Create Lead When “A user purchases a one-time subscription membership” occurs in MemberPress, use the submitted data to run “Create Lead” in Privyr.
• Add Activities to a Client When “A user purchases a one-time subscription membership” occurs in MemberPress, use the submitted data to run “Add Activities to a Client” in Privyr.

Description:

This action sends data from MemberPress to Privyr and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map MemberPress Data with Privyr Inputs

Map the available data from MemberPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Privyr action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the A user purchases a one-time subscription membership trigger and verify the selected Privyr actions:

• Confirm that Create Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Privyr.
• Confirm that Add Activities to a Client completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Privyr.

Then activate your workflow.
