Mail Mint Jot Form Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Mail Mint

Trigger Event

Form Submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submitted event occurs in Mail Mint.

Connect Your Mail Mint

Select the Mail Mint source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add Jot Form as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Jot Form

Select an Action Event:

• Create Form When “Form Submitted” occurs in Mail Mint, use the submitted data to run “Create Form” in Jot Form.

Description:

This action sends data from Mail Mint to Jot Form and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Mail Mint Data with Jot Form Inputs

Map the available data from Mail Mint to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Jot Form action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected Jot Form actions:

• Confirm that Create Form completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Jot Form.

Then activate your workflow.
