Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Mailchimp Forms

Trigger Event

On Form Submit

Connect Your Mailchimp Forms

Add Google Calendar as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Calendar

Select an Action Event:

• Create Calendar When “On Form Submit” occurs in Mailchimp Forms, use the submitted data to run “Create Calendar” in Google Calendar.
• List Calendars When “On Form Submit” occurs in Mailchimp Forms, use the submitted data to run “List Calendars” in Google Calendar.
• Update Calendar When “On Form Submit” occurs in Mailchimp Forms, use the submitted data to run “Update Calendar” in Google Calendar.

Description:

This action sends data from Mailchimp Forms to Google Calendar and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Mailchimp Forms Data with Google Calendar Inputs

Map the available data from Mailchimp Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Calendar action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submit trigger and verify the selected Google Calendar actions:
