Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

LifterLMS

Trigger Event

Attempted A Quiz

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Attempted A Quiz event occurs in LifterLMS.

Connect Your LifterLMS

Select the LifterLMS source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add Asana as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Asana

Select an Action Event:

• Create Task When “Attempted A Quiz” occurs in LifterLMS, use the submitted data to run “Create Task” in Asana.

Description:

This action sends data from LifterLMS to Asana and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map LifterLMS Data with Asana Inputs

Map the available data from LifterLMS to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Asana action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Attempted A Quiz trigger and verify the selected Asana actions:

• Confirm that Create Task completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Asana.

Then activate your workflow.
