LearnPress Bookly Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

LearnPress

Trigger Event

User Enrolled in Course

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Enrolled in Course event occurs in LearnPress.

Connect Your LearnPress

Select the LearnPress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Bookly as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Bookly

Select an Action Event:

• Create appointment When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Create appointment” in Bookly.
• Update appointment status When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Update appointment status” in Bookly.
• Delete appointment When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Delete appointment” in Bookly.

Description:

This action sends data from LearnPress to Bookly and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map LearnPress Data with Bookly Inputs

Map the available data from LearnPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Bookly action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Enrolled in Course trigger and verify the selected Bookly actions:

• Confirm that Create appointment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bookly.
• Confirm that Update appointment status completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bookly.
• Confirm that Delete appointment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bookly.

Then activate your workflow.
