LearnDash GamiPress Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

LearnDash

Trigger Event

A user is enrolled in a course

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the A user is enrolled in a course event occurs in LearnDash.

Connect Your LearnDash

Select the LearnDash source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add GamiPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → GamiPress

Select an Action Event:

• Award a Rank to the User When “A user is enrolled in a course” occurs in LearnDash, use the submitted data to run “Award a Rank to the User” in GamiPress.
• Award an Achievement to the User When “A user is enrolled in a course” occurs in LearnDash, use the submitted data to run “Award an Achievement to the User” in GamiPress.
• Award Points to the User When “A user is enrolled in a course” occurs in LearnDash, use the submitted data to run “Award Points to the User” in GamiPress.

Description:

This action sends data from LearnDash to GamiPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map LearnDash Data with GamiPress Inputs

Map the available data from LearnDash to the compatible inputs provided by the selected GamiPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the A user is enrolled in a course trigger and verify the selected GamiPress actions:

• Confirm that Award a Rank to the User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in GamiPress.
• Confirm that Award an Achievement to the User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in GamiPress.
• Confirm that Award Points to the User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in GamiPress.

Then activate your workflow.
