Klaviyo Email (IMAP) Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Klaviyo

Trigger Event

Watch Email Opened

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Watch Email Opened event occurs in Klaviyo.

Connect Your Klaviyo

Select the Klaviyo source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Email (IMAP) as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Email (IMAP)

Select an Action Event:

• Get Emails When “Watch Email Opened” occurs in Klaviyo, use the submitted data to run “Get Emails” in Email (IMAP).
• Mark Email as Read When “Watch Email Opened” occurs in Klaviyo, use the submitted data to run “Mark Email as Read” in Email (IMAP).
• Mark Email as Unread When “Watch Email Opened” occurs in Klaviyo, use the submitted data to run “Mark Email as Unread” in Email (IMAP).

Description:

This action sends data from Klaviyo to Email (IMAP) and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Klaviyo Data with Email (IMAP) Inputs

Map the available data from Klaviyo to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Email (IMAP) action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Watch Email Opened trigger and verify the selected Email (IMAP) actions:

• Confirm that Get Emails completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Email (IMAP).
• Confirm that Mark Email as Read completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Email (IMAP).
• Confirm that Mark Email as Unread completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Email (IMAP).

Then activate your workflow.
