Groundhogg Stripe Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Groundhogg

Trigger Event

Contact Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Contact Created event occurs in Groundhogg.

Connect Your Groundhogg

Select the Groundhogg source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Stripe as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Stripe

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Customer When “Contact Created” occurs in Groundhogg, use the submitted data to run “Create a Customer” in Stripe.
• Create an Invoice When “Contact Created” occurs in Groundhogg, use the submitted data to run “Create an Invoice” in Stripe.
• Create a Product When “Contact Created” occurs in Groundhogg, use the submitted data to run “Create a Product” in Stripe.

Description:

This action sends data from Groundhogg to Stripe and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Groundhogg Data with Stripe Inputs

Map the available data from Groundhogg to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Stripe action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Contact Created trigger and verify the selected Stripe actions:

• Confirm that Create a Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create an Invoice completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create a Product completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
