Gravity Kit LatePoint Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Gravity Kit

Trigger Event

Form Entry Approved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Entry Approved event occurs in Gravity Kit.

Connect Your Gravity Kit

Select the Gravity Kit source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add LatePoint as an Action

Click:

Add Action → LatePoint

Select an Action Event:

• Create booking When “Form Entry Approved” occurs in Gravity Kit, use the submitted data to run “Create booking” in LatePoint.
• Update booking When “Form Entry Approved” occurs in Gravity Kit, use the submitted data to run “Update booking” in LatePoint.
• Cancel booking When “Form Entry Approved” occurs in Gravity Kit, use the submitted data to run “Cancel booking” in LatePoint.

Description:

This action sends data from Gravity Kit to LatePoint and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Gravity Kit Data with LatePoint Inputs

Map the available data from Gravity Kit to the compatible inputs provided by the selected LatePoint action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Entry Approved trigger and verify the selected LatePoint actions:

• Confirm that Create booking completes successfully and processes the mapped data in LatePoint.
• Confirm that Update booking completes successfully and processes the mapped data in LatePoint.
• Confirm that Cancel booking completes successfully and processes the mapped data in LatePoint.
