Google Sheet Gemini Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Google Sheet

Trigger Event

On Row Added

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Row Added event occurs in Google Sheet.

Connect Your Google Sheet

Select the Google Sheet source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Gemini as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Gemini

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Completion When “On Row Added” occurs in Google Sheet, use the submitted data to run “Create a Completion” in Gemini.
• Ask Gemini When “On Row Added” occurs in Google Sheet, use the submitted data to run “Ask Gemini” in Gemini.

Description:

This action sends data from Google Sheet to Gemini and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Google Sheet Data with Gemini Inputs

Map the available data from Google Sheet to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Gemini action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Row Added trigger and verify the selected Gemini actions:

• Confirm that Create a Completion completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Gemini.
• Confirm that Ask Gemini completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Gemini.

Then activate your workflow.
