Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Google Forms

Trigger Event

On Form Submit

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submit event occurs in Google Forms.

Connect Your Google Forms

Select the Google Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add MailRefine as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MailRefine

Select an Action Event:

• Verify Single Email When “On Form Submit” occurs in Google Forms, use the submitted data to run “Verify Single Email” in MailRefine.

Description:

This action sends data from Google Forms to MailRefine and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Google Forms Data with MailRefine Inputs

Map the available data from Google Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MailRefine action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submit trigger and verify the selected MailRefine actions:

• Confirm that Verify Single Email completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailRefine.

Then activate your workflow.
