Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

GiveWP

Trigger Event

User made a donation via from

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User made a donation via from event occurs in GiveWP.

Connect Your GiveWP

Select the GiveWP source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Woodpecker as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Woodpecker

Select an Action Event:

• Create Prospect When “User made a donation via from” occurs in GiveWP, use the submitted data to run “Create Prospect” in Woodpecker.
• Add Prospect to Campaign When “User made a donation via from” occurs in GiveWP, use the submitted data to run “Add Prospect to Campaign” in Woodpecker.
• Update Prospect When “User made a donation via from” occurs in GiveWP, use the submitted data to run “Update Prospect” in Woodpecker.

Description:

This action sends data from GiveWP to Woodpecker and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map GiveWP Data with Woodpecker Inputs

Map the available data from GiveWP to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Woodpecker action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User made a donation via from trigger and verify the selected Woodpecker actions:
