Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FunnelKit Automations

Trigger Event

Contact Added to List

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Contact Added to List event occurs in FunnelKit Automations.

Connect Your FunnelKit Automations

Select the FunnelKit Automations source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add BuddyPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → BuddyPress

Select an Action Event:

• Create Activity When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Create Activity” in BuddyPress.
• Create Activity Comment When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Create Activity Comment” in BuddyPress.
• Favorite Activity When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Favorite Activity” in BuddyPress.

Description:

This action sends data from FunnelKit Automations to BuddyPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FunnelKit Automations Data with BuddyPress Inputs

Map the available data from FunnelKit Automations to the compatible inputs provided by the selected BuddyPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Contact Added to List trigger and verify the selected BuddyPress actions:

• Confirm that Create Activity completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BuddyPress.
• Confirm that Create Activity Comment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BuddyPress.
• Confirm that Favorite Activity completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BuddyPress.
