FluentSMTP Ninja Tables Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FluentSMTP

Trigger Event

Email was sent successfully

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Email was sent successfully event occurs in FluentSMTP.

Connect Your FluentSMTP

Select the FluentSMTP source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Ninja Tables as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Ninja Tables

Select an Action Event:

• Add Row in Table When “Email was sent successfully” occurs in FluentSMTP, use the submitted data to run “Add Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Delete Row in Table When “Email was sent successfully” occurs in FluentSMTP, use the submitted data to run “Delete Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Update Row in Table When “Email was sent successfully” occurs in FluentSMTP, use the submitted data to run “Update Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.

Description:

This action sends data from FluentSMTP to Ninja Tables and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FluentSMTP Data with Ninja Tables Inputs

Map the available data from FluentSMTP to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Ninja Tables action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Email was sent successfully trigger and verify the selected Ninja Tables actions:

• Confirm that Add Row in Table completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Ninja Tables.
