FluentSMTP Badgeos Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FluentSMTP

Trigger Event

Email was sent successfully

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Email was sent successfully event occurs in FluentSMTP.

Connect Your FluentSMTP

Select the FluentSMTP source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Badgeos as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Badgeos

Select an Action Event:

• Award Achievement to User When “Email was sent successfully” occurs in FluentSMTP, use the submitted data to run “Award Achievement to User” in Badgeos.

Description:

This action sends data from FluentSMTP to Badgeos and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FluentSMTP Data with Badgeos Inputs

Map the available data from FluentSMTP to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Badgeos action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Email was sent successfully trigger and verify the selected Badgeos actions:

• Confirm that Award Achievement to User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Badgeos.

Then activate your workflow.
