FluentCart MailPoet Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FluentCart

Trigger Event

Product Purchased

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Product Purchased event occurs in FluentCart.

Connect Your FluentCart

Select the FluentCart source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add MailPoet as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MailPoet

Select an Action Event:

• Create List When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Create List” in MailPoet.
• Update List When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Update List” in MailPoet.
• Delete List When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Delete List” in MailPoet.

Description:

This action sends data from FluentCart to MailPoet and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FluentCart Data with MailPoet Inputs

Map the available data from FluentCart to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MailPoet action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Product Purchased trigger and verify the selected MailPoet actions:

• Confirm that Create List completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailPoet.
• Confirm that Update List completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailPoet.
• Confirm that Delete List completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailPoet.

Then activate your workflow.
