FluentCart Bit CRM Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FluentCart

Trigger Event

Product Purchased

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Product Purchased event occurs in FluentCart.

Connect Your FluentCart

Select the FluentCart source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Bit CRM as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Bit CRM

Select an Action Event:

• Create Lead When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Create Lead” in Bit CRM.
• Update Lead When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Update Lead” in Bit CRM.
• Delete Lead When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Delete Lead” in Bit CRM.

Description:

This action sends data from FluentCart to Bit CRM and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FluentCart Data with Bit CRM Inputs

Map the available data from FluentCart to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Bit CRM action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Product Purchased trigger and verify the selected Bit CRM actions:

• Confirm that Create Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bit CRM.
• Confirm that Update Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bit CRM.
• Confirm that Delete Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bit CRM.

Then activate your workflow.
