FluentCart Advanced Coupons Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FluentCart

Trigger Event

Product Purchased

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Product Purchased event occurs in FluentCart.

Connect Your FluentCart

Select the FluentCart source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Advanced Coupons as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Advanced Coupons

Select an Action Event:

• Add Store Credit to User When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Add Store Credit to User” in Advanced Coupons.
• Remove Store Credit from User When “Product Purchased” occurs in FluentCart, use the submitted data to run “Remove Store Credit from User” in Advanced Coupons.

Description:

This action sends data from FluentCart to Advanced Coupons and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FluentCart Data with Advanced Coupons Inputs

Map the available data from FluentCart to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Advanced Coupons action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Product Purchased trigger and verify the selected Advanced Coupons actions:

• Confirm that Add Store Credit to User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Advanced Coupons.
• Confirm that Remove Store Credit from User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Advanced Coupons.

Then activate your workflow.
