FluentBoards ElementsKit Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FluentBoards

Trigger Event

Board Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Board Created event occurs in FluentBoards.

Connect Your FluentBoards

Select the FluentBoards source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add ElementsKit as an Action

Click:

Add Action → ElementsKit

Select an Action Event:

• Create Template When “Board Created” occurs in FluentBoards, use the submitted data to run “Create Template” in ElementsKit.
• Update Template When “Board Created” occurs in FluentBoards, use the submitted data to run “Update Template” in ElementsKit.
• Update Template Activation When “Board Created” occurs in FluentBoards, use the submitted data to run “Update Template Activation” in ElementsKit.

Description:

This action sends data from FluentBoards to ElementsKit and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FluentBoards Data with ElementsKit Inputs

Map the available data from FluentBoards to the compatible inputs provided by the selected ElementsKit action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Board Created trigger and verify the selected ElementsKit actions:

• Confirm that Create Template completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ElementsKit.
• Confirm that Update Template completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ElementsKit.
• Confirm that Update Template Activation completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ElementsKit.

Then activate your workflow.
