FluentAffiliate JetEngine Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FluentAffiliate

Trigger Event

Affiliate Updated

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Affiliate Updated event occurs in FluentAffiliate.

Connect Your FluentAffiliate

Select the FluentAffiliate source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add JetEngine as an Action

Click:

Add Action → JetEngine

Select an Action Event:

• Create Custom Content Type Item When “Affiliate Updated” occurs in FluentAffiliate, use the submitted data to run “Create Custom Content Type Item” in JetEngine.
• Update Custom Content Type Item When “Affiliate Updated” occurs in FluentAffiliate, use the submitted data to run “Update Custom Content Type Item” in JetEngine.
• Add Repeater Item to Custom Content Type When “Affiliate Updated” occurs in FluentAffiliate, use the submitted data to run “Add Repeater Item to Custom Content Type” in JetEngine.

Description:

This action sends data from FluentAffiliate to JetEngine and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FluentAffiliate Data with JetEngine Inputs

Map the available data from FluentAffiliate to the compatible inputs provided by the selected JetEngine action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Affiliate Updated trigger and verify the selected JetEngine actions:

• Confirm that Create Custom Content Type Item completes successfully and processes the mapped data in JetEngine.
• Confirm that Update Custom Content Type Item completes successfully and processes the mapped data in JetEngine.
• Confirm that Add Repeater Item to Custom Content Type completes successfully and processes the mapped data in JetEngine.

Then activate your workflow.
