Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Fluent Support

Trigger Event

Watch submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Watch submission event occurs in Fluent Support.

Connect Your Fluent Support

Select the Fluent Support source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Salesforce as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Salesforce

Select an Action Event:

• Create Account When “Watch submission” occurs in Fluent Support, use the submitted data to run “Create Account” in Salesforce.
• Update Account When “Watch submission” occurs in Fluent Support, use the submitted data to run “Update Account” in Salesforce.
• Get Account Industries When “Watch submission” occurs in Fluent Support, use the submitted data to run “Get Account Industries” in Salesforce.

Description:

This action sends data from Fluent Support to Salesforce and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Fluent Support Data with Salesforce Inputs

Map the available data from Fluent Support to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Salesforce action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Watch submission trigger and verify the selected Salesforce actions:

• Confirm that Create Account completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Salesforce.
• Confirm that Update Account completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Salesforce.
• Confirm that Get Account Industries completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Salesforce.

Then activate your workflow.
