Fluent Forms Stripe Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Fluent Forms

Trigger Event

Submission Inserted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Submission Inserted event occurs in Fluent Forms.

Connect Your Fluent Forms

Select the Fluent Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Stripe as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Stripe

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Customer When “Submission Inserted” occurs in Fluent Forms, use the submitted data to run “Create a Customer” in Stripe.
• Create an Invoice When “Submission Inserted” occurs in Fluent Forms, use the submitted data to run “Create an Invoice” in Stripe.
• Create a Product When “Submission Inserted” occurs in Fluent Forms, use the submitted data to run “Create a Product” in Stripe.

Description:

This action sends data from Fluent Forms to Stripe and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Fluent Forms Data with Stripe Inputs

Map the available data from Fluent Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Stripe action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Submission Inserted trigger and verify the selected Stripe actions:

• Confirm that Create a Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create an Invoice completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create a Product completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.

Then activate your workflow.
