Flodesk Google Calendar Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Flodesk

Trigger Event

New Subscriber

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Subscriber event occurs in Flodesk.

Connect Your Flodesk

Select the Flodesk source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Google Calendar as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Calendar

Select an Action Event:

• Create Calendar When “New Subscriber” occurs in Flodesk, use the submitted data to run “Create Calendar” in Google Calendar.
• List Calendars When “New Subscriber” occurs in Flodesk, use the submitted data to run “List Calendars” in Google Calendar.
• Update Calendar When “New Subscriber” occurs in Flodesk, use the submitted data to run “Update Calendar” in Google Calendar.

Description:

This action sends data from Flodesk to Google Calendar and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Flodesk Data with Google Calendar Inputs

Map the available data from Flodesk to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Calendar action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Subscriber trigger and verify the selected Google Calendar actions:

• Confirm that Create Calendar completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Calendar.
• Confirm that List Calendars completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Calendar.
• Confirm that Update Calendar completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Calendar.

Then activate your workflow.
