Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Elementor Form

Trigger Event

Forms New Record

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Forms New Record event occurs in Elementor Form.

Connect Your Elementor Form

Select the Elementor Form source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Razorpay as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Razorpay

Select an Action Event:

• Create Customer When “Forms New Record” occurs in Elementor Form, use the submitted data to run “Create Customer” in Razorpay.
• Update Customer When “Forms New Record” occurs in Elementor Form, use the submitted data to run “Update Customer” in Razorpay.
• Create Item When “Forms New Record” occurs in Elementor Form, use the submitted data to run “Create Item” in Razorpay.

Description:

This action sends data from Elementor Form to Razorpay and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Elementor Form Data with Razorpay Inputs

Map the available data from Elementor Form to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Razorpay action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Forms New Record trigger and verify the selected Razorpay actions:

• Confirm that Create Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.
• Confirm that Update Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.
