EasyCommerce Discord Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

EasyCommerce

Trigger Event

User Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Created event occurs in EasyCommerce.

Connect Your EasyCommerce

Select the EasyCommerce source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Discord as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Discord

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Channel When “User Created” occurs in EasyCommerce, use the submitted data to run “Create a Channel” in Discord.
• Update a Channel When “User Created” occurs in EasyCommerce, use the submitted data to run “Update a Channel” in Discord.
• Get Channel By Name When “User Created” occurs in EasyCommerce, use the submitted data to run “Get Channel By Name” in Discord.

Description:

This action sends data from EasyCommerce to Discord and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map EasyCommerce Data with Discord Inputs

Map the available data from EasyCommerce to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Discord action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Created trigger and verify the selected Discord actions:

• Confirm that Create a Channel completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Discord.
• Confirm that Update a Channel completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Discord.
• Confirm that Get Channel By Name completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Discord.

Then activate your workflow.
