BuddyPress Flowlu Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

BuddyPress

Trigger Event

Activity Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Activity Created event occurs in BuddyPress.

Connect Your BuddyPress

Select the BuddyPress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Flowlu as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Flowlu

Select an Action Event:

• Create Account Type When “Activity Created” occurs in BuddyPress, use the submitted data to run “Create Account Type” in Flowlu.
• Update Account Type When “Activity Created” occurs in BuddyPress, use the submitted data to run “Update Account Type” in Flowlu.
• Get Account Type When “Activity Created” occurs in BuddyPress, use the submitted data to run “Get Account Type” in Flowlu.

Description:

This action sends data from BuddyPress to Flowlu and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map BuddyPress Data with Flowlu Inputs

Map the available data from BuddyPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Flowlu action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Activity Created trigger and verify the selected Flowlu actions:

• Confirm that Create Account Type completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Flowlu.
• Confirm that Update Account Type completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Flowlu.
• Confirm that Get Account Type completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Flowlu.

Then activate your workflow.
