Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Brilliant Directories

Trigger Event

New Member Signup

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Member Signup event occurs in Brilliant Directories.

Connect Your Brilliant Directories

Click:

Add Action → Elastic Mail

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “New Member Signup” occurs in Brilliant Directories, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in Elastic Mail.

Description:

This action sends data from Brilliant Directories to Elastic Mail and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Brilliant Directories Data with Elastic Mail Inputs

Map the available data from Brilliant Directories to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Elastic Mail action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Member Signup trigger and verify the selected Elastic Mail actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Elastic Mail.

Then activate your workflow.
