Bit Assist Sendy Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Bit Assist

Trigger Event

Watch Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Watch Submission event occurs in Bit Assist.

Connect Your Bit Assist

Select the Bit Assist source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Sendy as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Sendy

Select an Action Event:

• Create Campaign When “Watch Submission” occurs in Bit Assist, use the submitted data to run “Create Campaign” in Sendy.
• Add Subscriber When “Watch Submission” occurs in Bit Assist, use the submitted data to run “Add Subscriber” in Sendy.
• Unsubscribe When “Watch Submission” occurs in Bit Assist, use the submitted data to run “Unsubscribe” in Sendy.

Description:

This action sends data from Bit Assist to Sendy and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Bit Assist Data with Sendy Inputs

Map the available data from Bit Assist to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Sendy action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Watch Submission trigger and verify the selected Sendy actions:

• Confirm that Create Campaign completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Sendy.
• Confirm that Add Subscriber completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Sendy.
• Confirm that Unsubscribe completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Sendy.

Then activate your workflow.
