Bit Assist Modern Cart Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Bit Assist

Trigger Event

Watch Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Watch Submission event occurs in Bit Assist.

Connect Your Bit Assist

Select the Bit Assist source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Modern Cart as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Modern Cart

Select an Action Event:

• Get Cart Summary When “Watch Submission” occurs in Bit Assist, use the submitted data to run “Get Cart Summary” in Modern Cart.
• Get Cart Items When “Watch Submission” occurs in Bit Assist, use the submitted data to run “Get Cart Items” in Modern Cart.
• Get Product When “Watch Submission” occurs in Bit Assist, use the submitted data to run “Get Product” in Modern Cart.

Description:

This action sends data from Bit Assist to Modern Cart and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Bit Assist Data with Modern Cart Inputs

Map the available data from Bit Assist to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Modern Cart action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Watch Submission trigger and verify the selected Modern Cart actions:

• Confirm that Get Cart Summary completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Modern Cart.
• Confirm that Get Cart Items completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Modern Cart.
• Confirm that Get Product completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Modern Cart.

Then activate your workflow.
