Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Better Massages

Trigger Event

New Message Received

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Message Received event occurs in Better Massages.

Connect Your Better Massages

Select the Better Massages source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Benchmark as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Benchmark

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “New Message Received” occurs in Better Massages, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in Benchmark.
• Update Contact When “New Message Received” occurs in Better Massages, use the submitted data to run “Update Contact” in Benchmark.

Description:

This action sends data from Better Massages to Benchmark and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Better Massages Data with Benchmark Inputs

Map the available data from Better Massages to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Benchmark action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Message Received trigger and verify the selected Benchmark actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Benchmark.
• Confirm that Update Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Benchmark.

Then activate your workflow.
