Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger Event

New Message Received

Description:

Click:

Add Action → Academy LMS

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll user in a course When “New Message Received” occurs in Better Massages, use the submitted data to run “Enroll user in a course” in Academy LMS.
• Unenroll user from a course When “New Message Received” occurs in Better Massages, use the submitted data to run “Unenroll user from a course” in Academy LMS.

Description:

This action sends data from Better Massages to Academy LMS and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Better Massages Data with Academy LMS Inputs

Map the available data from Better Massages to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Academy LMS action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Message Received trigger and verify the selected Academy LMS actions:

• Confirm that Enroll user in a course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Academy LMS.
