Beaver Builder MailerPress Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Beaver Builder

Trigger Event

Contact Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Contact Form Submission event occurs in Beaver Builder.

Connect Your Beaver Builder

Select the Beaver Builder source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add MailerPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MailerPress

Select an Action Event:

• Create or Update Contact When “Contact Form Submission” occurs in Beaver Builder, use the submitted data to run “Create or Update Contact” in MailerPress.
• Get Contact by Email When “Contact Form Submission” occurs in Beaver Builder, use the submitted data to run “Get Contact by Email” in MailerPress.
• Delete Contact When “Contact Form Submission” occurs in Beaver Builder, use the submitted data to run “Delete Contact” in MailerPress.

Description:

This action sends data from Beaver Builder to MailerPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Beaver Builder Data with MailerPress Inputs

Map the available data from Beaver Builder to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MailerPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Contact Form Submission trigger and verify the selected MailerPress actions:

• Confirm that Create or Update Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailerPress.
• Confirm that Get Contact by Email completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailerPress.
• Confirm that Delete Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailerPress.
