Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

bbPress

Trigger Event

Topic Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Topic Created event occurs in bbPress.

Connect Your bbPress

Select the bbPress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add SuiteDash as an Action

Click:

Add Action → SuiteDash

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “Topic Created” occurs in bbPress, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in SuiteDash.
• Get Contacts When “Topic Created” occurs in bbPress, use the submitted data to run “Get Contacts” in SuiteDash.
• Update a Contact When “Topic Created” occurs in bbPress, use the submitted data to run “Update a Contact” in SuiteDash.

Description:

This action sends data from bbPress to SuiteDash and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map bbPress Data with SuiteDash Inputs

Map the available data from bbPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected SuiteDash action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Topic Created trigger and verify the selected SuiteDash actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SuiteDash.
• Confirm that Get Contacts completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SuiteDash.
• Confirm that Update a Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SuiteDash.

Then activate your workflow.
