Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

B2BKing

Trigger Event

Account approved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Account approved event occurs in B2BKing.

Add Jot Form as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Jot Form

• Create Form When “Account approved” occurs in B2BKing, use the submitted data to run “Create Form” in Jot Form.

Description:

This action sends data from B2BKing to Jot Form and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map B2BKing Data with Jot Form Inputs

Map the available data from B2BKing to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Jot Form action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Account approved trigger and verify the selected Jot Form actions:

• Confirm that Create Form completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Jot Form.

Then activate your workflow.
