ARMember Google Tasks Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

ARMember

Trigger Event

User registered via ARMember form

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User registered via ARMember form event occurs in ARMember.

Connect Your ARMember

Select the ARMember source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Google Tasks as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Tasks

Select an Action Event:

• Create Task When “User registered via ARMember form” occurs in ARMember, use the submitted data to run “Create Task” in Google Tasks.
• List Tasks When “User registered via ARMember form” occurs in ARMember, use the submitted data to run “List Tasks” in Google Tasks.
• Update Task When “User registered via ARMember form” occurs in ARMember, use the submitted data to run “Update Task” in Google Tasks.

Description:

This action sends data from ARMember to Google Tasks and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map ARMember Data with Google Tasks Inputs

Map the available data from ARMember to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Tasks action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User registered via ARMember form trigger and verify the selected Google Tasks actions:

• Confirm that Create Task completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Tasks.
• Confirm that List Tasks completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Tasks.
• Confirm that Update Task completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Tasks.

Then activate your workflow.
